About

I'm a digital transformation leader, author, and researcher working at the intersection of technology, energy, and human potential. I hold a PhD in Energy and have published research on renewable hydrogen production, which taught me to bring rigorous scientific thinking into business innovation.

In 2019, I wrote How to Study Effectively (ISBN-10: 170678905X) because I'm genuinely passionate about learning optimization and wanted to create practical guidance that actually helps students and professionals learn better.

My technical background isn't just theoretical. I've built multiple web applications and still code regularly, so I understand technology from both the strategic planning side and the implementation details. This helps me bridge the gap between what sounds good in a boardroom and what actually works in practice.

I started my career managing complex maintenance projects in nuclear power plants. That experience shaped how I approach transformation today: the precision, the safety mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure. These skills turned out to be surprisingly transferable.

Today I work as Manager of Digital and AI Transformation Projects. I help organizations, from startups to large enterprises, deliver value better and faster through intelligent automation, process reengineering, and change management that actually puts people first.

Outside of work, I'm a dedicated student of personal development and operational excellence. I believe sustainable transformation only happens when you get three things right: smart systems, streamlined processes, and empowered people.
